1) What are Techtorials?
Techtorials are video tutorials on using a specific computer application.

2) What do I need to view these Techtorials?
To view the Techtorials, you will need a computer with an Internet connection, a web browser such as Internet Explorer, Opera, or Firefox, and Adobe Flash Media Player.

3) Can you help me with some computer problems I'm having?
Feel free to email us with any ideas you have for future Techtorials. We will be setting up a Community Forum where visitors to Techtorials may post questions and exchange tips and hints with other visitors and users.

4) The video takes a long time to load!!
We have tried to make the movies as small as possible. Sometimes, despite our best efforts, the files are very large. Please be patient and wait while the file downloads. If the file does not play after a while, refresh the page and try again. Good luck!

5) Why are there no voices and only mouse clicking noises during Video playback?
Techtorials hopes to offer voice-over video tutorials soon. However, producing these tutorials takes 5 times as long so caption-only video tutorials are the quickest and simplest process at the moment.

6) I have some video tutorials. Can you host them for me?
Techtorials always welcome user-created content. Please email us and we wil include your submission to our listings.

7) I enjoy the website a great deal. How can I help?
We are glad that you enjoy the website. We have worked very hard to produce something useful for the Internet community.
